  • Who manages this community?

    Marlowe is managed by the North Coast Living property management company. Our friendly professionals take care of leasing and maintenance, and do their best to help you "Live Well" each and every day.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday - Friday: 10am-6pm
    Saturday: 10am-5pm
    Sunday: Closed

  • What kind of parking is offered?

    Enclosed multi-level garage parking spaces are available for a charge. EV charging is available. We also offer motorcycle and bike parking storage.

  • What are the amenities?

    Marlowe offers an outdoor, rooftop lap pool and firepits, a pet run and pet wash with owner’s lounge, and a fitness studio with yoga studio space. Learn more about amenities here.

  • How do I apply?

    View pricing and availability on the floorplan page and when you've selected your ideal home, simply click on the Apply Now button to begin your application. In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $65 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application. Administration fee is $500.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • What types of apartment homes are offered here?

    We offer a variety of plans to fit all your rental needs from studios, one and two bedroom apartment homes. Please visit our floorplan page to view all models available, along with real-time pricing and availability.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We have a grace period through the 5th, late fees begin on the 6th.

  • How do I provide my proof of income during the application?

    You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We love pets! We welcome up to 2 furry friends in each of our apartment homes. We do have restrictions on aggressive breed dogs for the safety of our residents. Please call for more information. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores. We charge a one time pet fee and a monthly pet charge.
